Could I Still Be Pregnant Despite Having Spotting Along With Negative UPT? 

Hi , so I am very regular on my menstrual cycle and about 30-33days . My last period was on May 20. On June 15 I had some spotting for like 2days . My period should have come on the 22 of June but never showed up.. on the 28th I did HPT and was -ve, .. I was bloating, cramping , headaches but still never showed up. I went to doc for blood test and was still -ve bt still having cramps. On the 7th of this month I had some spotting again.. I still haven t got my period yet and having these mild cramps.. can you please help me

There are chances of pregnancy as well as pre menstural syndrome.
To confirm i would like to advise you
>Serum Beta Hcg
>Get your pelvic ultrasound done.
Because only scan will help you rule out the cause.
Concert your gynaecologist with your scan report.
